We believe that every team member, no matter their role, should understand not only our mission and vision, but also our business model, strategy, the landscape where we operate and of course, the Hugo platform itself.

Aside from visiting our website to learn more about Hugo from a public perspective, we’re providing internal information to help you gain a better understanding of who we are and what we are aiming to do.

There is more information than you need to know for purposes of getting oriented, so here’s our suggested “Hugo syllabus” to get you up to speed. The rest of the information provided is for further reading.
